The aforementioned fees are based solely upon the difficulty of the assignment. Fees are not based on a particular value, however, value range is one of the many factors in determining the assignment difficulty. Please note, the average neighborhood price range is used only as a cursory guide and is one of many factors used in determining the difficulty of an assignment.
Properties that are considered complex are more difficult and require more research, field time, input and analysis and therefore require a fee quote. These properties typically include homes with major remodeling, homes with larger than average gross living areas and/or lot sizes, view homes, new construction homes and A-typical or non-conforming properties.
